A FEMALE jogger spotted a flasher wearing sunglasses standing with his trousers down exposing himself yesterday morning.
Police said the woman had been running through Shotover Country Park, outside Oxford, at 10.10am when she noticed the man standing on the edge of a wooded area by the path.
The jogger said the man had what appeared to be a T-shirt wrapped around his head, was wearing sunglasses and had his trousers pulled down to expose himself.
The force said the man was white and believed to be aged between 20 and 30.
The woman continued running along the track at the country park off Old Road, in Headington, then raised the alarm.
Investigating officer PC Rachael Snelling, from Thame police station, appealed for witnesses to come forward.
She said: "I would like to speak to anyone who saw a man acting suspiciously in the area at around the time of the incident or anyone with any information which could assist the investigation."
Witnesses who saw the man or anything suspicious should call the police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
